It’s that time of year; the familiar time when priorities shift. Case in point, I’m actually writing a blog right now!

I think it’s fair to say going back to school was my “mid-life crisis.” It was something I always wanted to finish, having quit my music composition major many years earlier.

I’m a huge believer in mileage based training so here is a a list of things stupid running things done in the spirit of CAUSE I F*CKING CAN!

Bear in mind that my answer is strictly for performance. If you have a different goal then adjust accordingly.

Because I spend my day keeping 3 kids fed, clean, clothed, and honestly keep them all from hurting each other it took me over two days to finish this article.
